An Atypical Mouse

4-finger computer mouse//Concept//Design//3D Printing

For a client born with four fingers and a fixed wrist, using a regular computer mouse was next to impossible. We developed a 4-finger-friendly, rounded, comfortable mouse form, with a custom-placed click wheel to allow for easy scrolling.

The challenge: My client was born with four fingers and a fixed wrist. It is extremely difficult for him to use a typical computer mouse.

The solution: A more rounded, comfortable form with a wheel on the side to allow thumb scrolling.
